Liberty Hire is an equipment hire company, specialising in the leasing of construction equipment such as VMS boards, arrow boards, and lighting towers. When M1 Traffic & Labour Services needs equipment, we hire from Liberty Hire, as we have established a strong and trusting relationship with the company. M1 Traffic & Labour Services is in contact with VicRoads on a daily basis, thus we have created a great rapport with them and gained good relationships with many VicRoads contacts. We are a VicRoads prequalified company and therefore we can work on VicRoads’ roads, given we have applied for the appropriate permits. Our permits team liaises with VicRoads daily regarding MOAs (Memorandum of Authority) and consent for works permits. Our traffic controllers on site also communicate with VicRoads when activating permits prior to commencing works on site.
